4Age Verification

bdt19 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited real-money funds may be returned subject to verification of the original payment source.

5Deposits & Payments

6Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified, your real-money Balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000, and any applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds must have been satisfied in full.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. bdt19 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If your original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, bdt19 support will work with you to identify an alternative verified method.

6.3 Processing Times

8Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Providers

8.2 Interrupted Games

9Prohibited Conduct

10Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by bdt19

bdt19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it believes, in its reasonable judgment, that the Account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

10.2 Balance Treatment on Closure

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at bdt19's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request without any breach, the remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

10.3 Voluntary Closure
